The shopping center down the street that houses “your” grocery store, “your” bank, and “your” pet supply store—you probably visit it at least once a week. But these shopping centers, essential as they are, are largely anonymous. The Dealey Group accepted the challenge to build a sense of place as strong as the place dependence we feel for these integral grocery-anchored destinations across the Kimco portfolio.
The Dealey Group developed a brand positioning and scalable campaign called “Just Around the Corner” that establishes each Kimco property as an integral part of its community—the familiar, dependable neighbor you can always count on.

Campaign elements are updated quarterly with fresh colors, illustration, and photography to keep assets fresh and seasonally relevant.
Digital Media Management
The campaign launch coincided with The Dealey Group taking over digital media management for Kimco’s portfolio. In the first three months, The Dealey Group garnered 262,549 impressions, reached 193,757 shoppers, earned an engagement rate of 6.7%, and achieved an email open rate of 22%.
