River Oaks Shopping Center is a beloved, historic destination in Houston’s upscale River Oaks neighborhood. However, the property had lost some of its shine in recent years as desirable brands were leasing with the newer competition that had come along. The Dealey Group set out to re-energize the old favorite with fresh branding that would appeal to a younger audience and convert them into the next generation of River Oaks shoppers.
