The Shops at Legacy was the original hotspot in the Dallas-Ft. Worth suburb of Plano, Texas. In recent years, the area has exploded with growth…and new competition. Kite Realty tapped The Dealey Group to reinvigorate The Shops at Legacy with a fresh brand positioning, identity and campaign that would remind consumers why they fell in love with the property, and invite them to rediscover this beloved place.
Discover Your Place
We all yearn to find “our place.” The place we visit so frequently that it becomes almost an instinctive reflex to go there when we want to get away from home. We know the layout by heart, and we get to know the staff because we’re “regulars.” The great thing about The Shops at Legacy being “your place” is that while there’s that comfortable, familiar ease and your favorite stand-bys, there’s still always something new to discover and add to your repertoire.
