When the time came for the property owners to evolve the property with development updates and a fresh lineup of tenants, it was important that the property not lose its established “identity equity” with its loyal shoppers. The Dealey Group accepted the challenge to evolve Fairfax Corner’s sense of place subtly enough to not alienate loyalists, but make it fresh enough to attract new shoppers to the property’s latest offerings.
