Kite Realty Group selected The Dealey Group to rebrand its historic boutique office building located within Indianapolis’ original downtown square mile. This project was of particular importance to KRG as the building houses its corporate headquarters. With planned interior updates to amenities and common spaces, as well as the addition of a Starbucks on the ground level, KRG was seeking an updated, premium brand to excite and re-engage the tenants of the well-leased building.
