BRANDING CAMPAIGN
The shopping center that houses “your” grocery store, “your” bank and “your” pet supply store—you know the one. It’s an essential part of your everyday life, but you probably don’t know the name of that shopping center. This was just one of the challenges facing Kimco Realty’s national portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Additionally, the portfolio lacked consistency in branding and marketing materials. A unified brand direction would streamline marketing efforts across different markets, as well as distinguish Kimco properties from the competition.
The Dealey Group developed a brand positioning and scalable campaign called “Just Around the Corner” that establishes each Kimco property as an integral part of its community—the familiar, dependable neighbor you can always count on.
Seasonal Updates
Campaign elements are updated quarterly with fresh colors, illustration, and photography to keep assets fresh and seasonally relevant.
Digital Media Management
The campaign launch coincided with The Dealey Group taking over digital media management for Kimco’s portfolio. In the first three months, The Dealey Group garnered 262,549 impressions, reached 193,757 shoppers, earned an engagement rate of 6.7%, and achieved an email open rate of 22%.
