The Dealey Group’s Content Studio has a longstanding partnership with Village at Leesburg, an open-air mixed-use center located in the Northern Virginia/D.C. metro. Originally, the Content Studio was tasked with shifting consumer perception that the property was simply the Wegman’s grocery store and raising awareness of the property’s vibrant lifestyle offerings. 

What began as a partnership for Facebook content back in 2014 has grown to include Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, quarterly ad series, and traffic-driving tactics to support the property’s robust calendar of year-round programming. The Dealey Group’s Content Studio takes an integrated, omnichannel approach to Village at Leesburg’s digital channels, ensuring cohesive strategic messaging across all touchpoints.
