When DLC Management Corp. needed a new B2B campaign, it turned to The Dealey Group. In delving into DLC’s points of differentiation, it became clear that DLC’s “secret weapon” is its people.

Capitalizing on the tagline “More. Human. Resources.” TDG created the #SUCCESS campaign, in which each ad focuses on the personal and professional attributes of a real DLC employee, conveying how those traits come together to create #SUCCESS for DLC. The campaign has grown to include branded Social Media graphics that position DLC as an industry thought leader on each of its social platforms.
