Branding: Mockingbird Station

CBRE Global Investors bought Mockingbird Station in Q4 2015 and was on the hunt for a new Agency of Record for their crown jewel. They selected The Dealey Group as their new marketing partner to help with research, strategy, digital content, social media management, branding materials and leasing support. The Dealey Group designed the new responsive website, email campaigns and leasing brochure. Plans are slated for print, outdoor and onsite materials for 2017.
