The Dealey Group launched and managed what we believe to be as the first corporately managed social media program for shopping center management firm, Jones Lang LaSalle. It started with 13 centers in mid 2009, a number that has more than doubled since then.
Our services provide detailed launch plans, manuals, tips, promotional ideas, troubleshooting, updates, etc, and have resulted in triple digit growth in fan base across the portfolio. Our philosophy is steadfast: each center should utilize social media to connect with their communities in meaningful, relevant, and authentic ways. And, the success goes far beyond the numbers.
Fan response confirms that fans are engaging with our brands—they know we care about them and are committed to their local community. If that’s not branding, we don’t know what is.
